CAD & CAM

We design all products using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software from market leaders

Alphacam.  When the design is finished this is then sent to the machine so the product is made exactly as designed and will meet specifications each and every time - this is known as Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM), we use machines from Weeke \ Homag and ensures a quality product made right first time, and improves the efficiency or our modern manufacturing process.

Spraying

We use a on-site modern spray-booth, located in a controlled environment and can spray all products after manufacture to protect the products during installation, and this delivers real value to customers as there will be less work as this improves the overall finish, reduces the work for painters to do afterwards, and speeds up the project.
